My B2 Impact is gradually becoming the home for your messages and documents

From now on, all messages, documents and communication history will be available in My B2 Impact. Having everything in one place makes it easier to keep track of your matters and refer back to previous conversations whenever needed.

When a new message is available, customers will receive a notification by text message and email.

To read and send messages, customers must log in securely to My B2 Impact using online banking credentials or a mobile certificate.

Our telephone service will continue to operate as normal. Consumer customers can contact us on 030 10 5620.
