My B2 Impact keeps your messages and documents in one place

From now on, all messages, documents and communication history will be available in My B2 Impact. Having everything in one place makes it easier to keep track of your matters and refer back to previous conversations whenever needed.

When a new message is available, customers will receive a notification by text message and email.

To read and send messages, customers must log in securely to My B2 Impact using online banking credentials or a mobile certificate.
