The Advisory Council is an important channel for us to hear directly from those affected by debt collection. That is why we are looking for new customer members to join the work of the Advisory Council.
Fake collection messages are becoming more and more common. They may arrive by email, text message or even as a letter. Anyone can become a target of fraud. That is why it is important to know when a collection notice is genuine and when it is not. You can always verify a debt collection claim by logging into the My B2 Impact service or contacting our customer service.
In October 2024, OK Perintä Oy changed its name. At the same time, we updated our visual identity. Our services and operations continue as usual. For customers, the change is mainly visible as a new name and a refreshed look.
