B2 Impact’s ESG strategy is built around three core principles: environmental sustainability, social responsibility and ethical governance. We operate in over 20 countries, embedding responsibility into our everyday decisions. We don’t settle for compliance. Our goal is to lead by example, exceed expectations and generate measurable value for our customers, partners, employees, and society.

For us, digitalisation is the most important tool for reducing environmental impact. The majority of our carbon footprint still comes from physical letters. That’s why we invest in digital communications and automation, which save natural resources, improve customer experience and reduce costs, creating value both for the environment and the business.
