Finland/B2 Impact

We offer solutions to challenges related to debt and thereby strengthen companies’ payment capacity. We improve our customers’ financial situation by providing them with sustainable debt management solutions. We promote long-term financial improvements through transparent and ethical debt management.

Our company was founded in 2011 and employs approximately 1,700 people across Europe. Debt collection is not a core business for banks and other companies. By outsourcing debt collection to us, companies achieve better liquidity, improved risk management, and increased financial efficiency. At the same time, customers facing financial difficulties are given a new opportunity to repay their debts.

Building financial health

B2 Impact operates in Finland across three locations: Helsinki, Tampere, and Vaasa. Additionally, we have a subsidiary, B2 Impact OÜ, in Estonia. In 2023, our company’s revenue was €60.1 million. We employ approximately 150 debt collection professionals and experts.
