Fake collection messages are becoming more and more common. They may arrive by email, text message or even as a letter. Anyone can become a target of fraud. That is why it is important to know when a collection notice is genuine and when it is not. You can always verify a debt collection claim by logging into the My B2 Impact service or contacting our customer service.
OK Perintä Oy has changed its name to B2 Impact Oy as of 1 October 2024.
For our customers, the change is primarily visible as a new look. Our service platform "My OK" has been renamed to "My B2 Impact", with the new address being my.b2-impact.fi. Additionally, "OK Online" has been renamed to "Business B2 Impact", with its new address at business.b2-impact.fi.
Otherwise, our services will remain unchanged.
