Management and board

Jennie joined the company in 2002. She has served as CEO since September 2019 and previously worked as Chief Operating Officer, Development Director, in supervisory roles, and in operational debt collection tasks.

Peter joined B2 Impact in 2014. He has previous work experience as a CFO at companies such as Uponor Infra and KHW Pipe.

Sami joined B2 Impact in 2005 through a business acquisition. He has held various positions within the company, overseeing, among other things, our debt collection and receivables purchase business. Since 2006, Sami has been a member of our management team.

Pirkka started at the company as a customer service representative and debt collection handler in 2009. Since then, he has worked as a Development Manager and Director of Development, among other roles. He has served as Chief Operating Officer since 2019.

Jenni joined B2 Impact in 2015. Previously, she worked at EY and the District Court of Southern Ostrobothnia.

Petri joined B2 Impact in the fall of 2008 as an ICT Development Manager. Since 2012, he has served as CIO and a member of the management team. In the fall of 2024, he assumed his current role. Petri has a long career background at ABB, where he held various positions in product development.

Adam joined B2 Impact in 2016 and became Chair of the Board in 2019. He also serves as Chief Operating Officer at B2 Impact ASA.

André as been with B2 Impact since 2020 and a member of the Board since 2021. He works as Chief Financial Officer at B2 Impact ASA.

Kennet co-founded OK Perintä, which later merged with B2 Impact, together with Kaj Ollila in 1991.

Juhani has served as a Board Member since 2001. He founded the Helsinki office of OK Perintä, the company later merged with B2 Impact, in 1993. He was the CEO of OK Perintä from 2006 to 2015.
