The Advisory Council engages in open dialogue about customers’ experiences and observations. Discussion topics may include, for example, the clarity and tone of customer communications, how understandable the debt collection process is, and how encounters and interactions in debt collection situations are experienced. The perspectives of the Advisory Council are used to develop B2 Impact’s operating models and practices.
We hope applicants have first-hand experience of debt collection as a customer. You do not need to be a debt collection expert. What matters most is a genuine willingness to influence and to share your own views. We value a wide range of experiences, including critical ones, and aim to foster a climate of trust and respectful discussion within the Advisory Council that operates in Finnish.
The Advisory Council meets twice a year. Members of the Advisory Council are paid a meeting fee.
In your application, you may briefly describe who you are, what kind of experience you have in debt collection, and why you wish to participate in the work of the Advisory Council. Suggestions for discussion topics and views on what we could improve are also welcome.
If you would like to help strengthen the customer voice and contribute to the development of the debt collection sector, we look forward to receiving your application. Please send your free-form application by 31 March 2026 by email to our Head of Marketing and Communications, Kyösti Hagert, at kyosti.hagert(a)b2-impact.com.
